1. Cinnamon

Consuming cinnamon daily is considered beneficial in reducing weight. Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar. Boiling cinnamon in water and drinking it before eating in the morning helps in reducing weight.

2. Vegetable Broth

Water boiled from vegetables is very nutritious.  Vitamins, minerals and fiber present in vegetables are added to the boiled water by boiling the vegetables, hence vegetable broth fulfills the hunger and does not form extra fat, which helps in reducing weight.

3. Lemon Water

Drinking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with a glass of water daily before breakfast can help in reducing weight during the first few months, but it will depend on your other eating habits.   Nowadays, the method of losing weight with apple cider vinegar has become very popular. The good bacteria present in apple cider vinegar improves metabolism.

9. Chia seeds

Mix one spoon Chia seeds in 20 times water and soak for 25-30 minutes and then filter and drink, it helps in reducing weight.  Chia seeds can also be eaten by adding them to salad or applying bread.  Along with reducing weight, Chia seeds have many nutritional and health properties.

10. Guava Juice

Guava is a beneficial fruit.   Guava helps a lot in digestion.  If you take guava juice, the low sugar present in it slowly enters the blood, which reduces appetite and keeps your weight under control.  Guava is a healthy fruit rich in fiber, vitamin C, and minerals.
